Client: The Florida Aquarium

Description: The Leaning Center features a unique circular design plan spanning 5,000 square feet and featuring five flexible learning spaces.  Each learning space has a themed design that provides an inspiration for learning.

Students take a “deep dive” into an underwater sea lab, where they are engaged though a media presentation which kicks -off their educational adventure.

The unique radial design of the floor plan is part of the overall learning process, as students rotate from room to room.
Students begin their learning journey in the central core of an undersea base, where they become involved in an adventure with sea turtles.
Each learning space highlights a different theme, from coastal areas to the deep ocean.
The Learning Center features a hand-on lab where students can encounter actual flora and fauna.
